Scientific library of the Institute is one of the latest library of the higher schools of Tajikistan. The library was established simultaneously with the establishment of republican concern “Khizmat” in 1991. Fond of the library contains more than 30000 units of keeping (storoge)
Good service and completion fond of the library determine it’s best qualities.
The library serves more than 6 thousand readers and gives out 700 thousand copies of literature annually.
The readers borrow books in two reading halls. There are more than 100 seats there. Fond of the library is universal in compound and various in linguistic indication of kinds and types of publication.

Educational and scientific literature, periodicals, foreign publications in foreign languages. Introduction of electronic technique began in 2007 when the Institute was computerized. Reading hall of the electronic publications was opened in 2007 The hall is provided by the new information technology (computers, printers) as well as electronic principals books.
