The Gymnasium of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service.

The Gymnasium of the Entrepreneurship and Service began to perform its function on March 28, 1998 by the decision №3/1 of the Collegium of the Ministry of Education of Tajikistan. The main goal of establishing of the gymnasium is to improve the knowledge and skills of youth, good moral and creative. Admission to gymnasium based on competition. Applicants pass tests on math, Tajiki, Russian and English languages. The first grade pupils are admitted to gymnasium through the face to face conversation. Tuition is contractual. The legal ground for Gymnasium is the Charter that is developed according to the Gymnasium Regulation which in its turn was approved by the Scientific Board of from June 25 2003 №53. According to the article 28 of Law on Education the Pedagogical Board is responsible for the administrative functions.
There are 12 classrooms and total area is 844 m2. The Gymnasium is within the structural of the Institute there the pupils can easily use the stadium, canteen, buffet and medical center of the Institute. It has its own library with 3309 textbooks and 863 feature literature. With the support and contribution of the former rector Zokirjon Vazirov there was founded a computer class which has 11 modern computers. The corridors of the gymnasium are well equipped and decorated. The total staff number is 25 and 16 of them are permanent teachers and 4 international staff and 5 part time workers from other institutes. Among them 1 candidate of science and 3 are honorable teachers of education in Tajikistan and 7 have high category. The curriculum in gymnasium was designed and developed on the base of exemplary curriculum for general schools of the Republic of Tajikistan and according to that all the classes are taught profound mathematics. In addition, in order to meet the status of gymnasium such subjects as Russian, English languages and computer are also taught profoundly.
To execute the order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan №292 from 05.04.2006 they work hard and use their pedagogical skills for the improvement of the level of knowledge and skills of pupils. As the outcomes of the academic year 2006-2007 demonstrated out of 253 pupils 30 are outstanding students and 67 of them have good and excellent marks. Today, there are 302 pupils studying in 16 auditoriums. The result of the admission in year 2007-2008 show the increase of prestige of gymnasium. Until now, out of 140 graduates 119 entered higher institution of the Republic of Tajikistan and 63 became students of the Entrepreneurship and Service. On the base of mutual agreement between two administrations the Gymnasium graduates enter the Institute without taking admission exams.
There are subject discussing clubs that function on regular basis, including Russian, English, Computer and Math. The most experienced and qualified teachers like Oripova Volida, Kurbonova Diloso and Isoev Munira teach pupils. With the purpose of improving the pedagogical skills of teachers there are functions the methodological Board and methodological association of class tutors, primary classes, humanitarian and fundamental subjects. The Gymnasium staff by the support of the administration of the Institute believe that they can make big contribution in teaching and educating young generation who should be well educated, of good behavior and moral.
The development of national culture and economics as well education reform assign the teachers of gymnasium to accomplish the above mentioned tasks.
