Faculty of Financial Service.

The dean of the faculty is docent, candidate of agricultural science - Amirov Sabzali Khojaevich.

The faculty was established on the basis of part-time department by the Engineering-Economy faculty in 1996. There studied 409 students then. The faculty prepares specialists on the following specialties
060400- Finance and credit
060900- Bank operations
061900- Customs affairs
The highest bodies of the faculty are the Academic Council and the Dean’s office The Academic Council is consists of 11 scientists
The Academic Council is led by the dean of the faculty. Every month the problems connecting with study, education, scientific activities, process of implementation of the Educational program are considered in the sessions of the Academic Council.
There are four specialized chairs functioning in the faculty, the chairs are led by the distinguished scientists of the country. The faculty enrolls about 58 staff of whom 4 are professors, 15 are docents, 17 are senior teachers and 22 assistant- teachers.
Total volume of the teachers works in 2007-2008 was 90334 hours 48419 of them are educational.
On the whole educational process has been provided with permanent teachers, 73,3% of teachers are permanent ones. Every teacher of the faculty tries to increase his professional skills in passing. knowledge to his students. The students must realize that the opportunities of our economy in using labour forces are limited. Demographic factors have significant pressure on our home labour market, this causes the growth of competition. Export of labour forces is the way of solving problems.
Tough (hard, rigid) competition is typically for foreign market too- Assimilation of foreign market couses the problem of competitive of labour forces. That is why our young specialists must be high- qualified, must know foreign languages,computer’s technology. All the abovementioned are formed by students during study in the higher school.
The most important activity of the dean’s office is conducting of educational activity.
The dean’s deputy Mamadamonov Umed is engaged with this activity.
The activity of the dean’s office is implementing under the plan which has been confirmed at the beginning of the Academic year. Much attention is paid to the activity of scientific clubs which are functioning at the chairs.
Alongside with educational activity, the teachers are engaged with scientific activity. The results of the teacher’s activity are published in scientific journals and they make reports at different levels. 2 monographies, 1 brochure, 20 scientific articles, 4 educational methodical aids and 7 educational programs of the subjects of the chairs have been published by our teachers recently.32 teachers participated in the international and republician conferences and seminrs.
Young generation of the teachers of our faculty are the assistants at the chairs (13 assistants).

The material – technical base of the faculty was changed in the new academic year (2007-2008).
The academic building was repaired. The studies and auditoriums were equipped by the latest educational-equipment.
There are 12 lecture auditoriums, 20 studies in the building.
There were equipped laboratories in the faculty of which 3 are specialized computer’s and 1 of them is a laboratory of customs affairs.
This significant renovation of material – technical base promotes the best organization of educational process and the growth of quilified professional skills of the future specialists.
