The Academic Council of the Institute.

Chairman of Academic Council is Komilov Faizali Sa’dulloevich.
The Academic Council of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service is established with the purpose of consideration of the activity of main educational, scientific, methodical, financial and economical issues. Chairman of the Academic Council is the rector of the Institute Faisali Sa’dulloevich Komilov
The Academic Council consists of 26 members: the rector, vice-rectors, deans of the faculties, heads of general chairs, heads of the chairs of faculties, heads of educational, scientific and international relations departments, representatives of non – governmental organizations and representatives of the teaching staff.
The membership of the Academic Council is appointed by the order of the rector for the term of 3 years.
The main tasks of the institute of Entrepreneurship and Service are:
- consolidation and effective use of scientific, educational, methodical potential of the teaching staff and other employees.
-implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Education”.
The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On higher professional education and postgraduate professional education“, Standard on higher educational and professional establishments in the Republic of Tajikistan. The present Regulations and other standard legal documents of the Educational system of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- promotion in training of scientific and pedagogical specialists;
-implementation and further development of the research activities, development of educational and methodical activities among students;
- control of fulfillment of the adopted decisions;
The Academic Council of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service takes decisions on organizing the educational process, research activities, financial and economical activities.
The adopted decisions will be valid after being approved by the recto;
- summarizing the results of annual educational and research activities and gives recommendations to improve them.
- listening the reports on educational, research activities in preparing specialists in the faculties;
- arranging the issues of opening and closing of faculties, departments, scientific laboratories, and renaming them, as a rule for the purpose of their improvement, setting up working groups that in whole carry out the tasks confronted the Institute;
- recommending candidates among the students with high progress and post – graduate students for receiving various scholarships.
- ratifying financial and human resources for carrying out the above mentioned activities.
- announcing competitive selection to fill vacancies of teaching staff, academic titles and heads of departments;
- sittings of Academic Council are registered in records of proceedings. The records of proceedings are signed by the rector of Counsel of Science and his secretary.
The chairman of Academic Council is controlling a regular fulfillment of decisions of Academic Council and reports on progress of the activity of these decisions once in three months at the meeting of the Council.
